Woman hospitalized after being cut on the arm while police were investigating separate shots fired incident, SAPD says

SAPD said they had a suspect detained for the shots fired incident when another disturbance broke out where a woman was cut on the arm.SAN ANTONIO — While police were investigating a shots fired incident at a local apartment complex, another disturbance broke out that left a woman hospitalized.

Officers responded to an apartment complex on the 10300 block of Sahara Drive to investigate reports of shot fire by the pool. SAPD said they had a suspect detained for that incident when another disturbance broke out where a woman was cut on the arm, which led to others being detained as well.KENS 5 has brought numerous firsts to South Texas television, including being the first local station with a helicopter, the first with its own Doppler radar and the first to air a local morning news program.
