According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a woman died when she was hit by a van while chasing her dogs, who had gotten loose and were crossing an interstate highway.
VOLUSIA COUNTY, Florida — A Florida woman was fatally struck by a van Saturday while chasing her dogs, who had escaped from her vehicle, on an interstate highway, authorities said.
