Troopers stopped a rented box truck with out-of-state registration around 1:30 p.m. on Interstate 70 for an unsafe lane change, following too closely to the vehicle ahead and not using headlights while driving in the rain. While troopers were speaking to the driver, she reportedly exhibited a high level of nervous behavior and told troopers an unusual travel story. OSHP says the troopers observed possible criminal items in the truck and a drug-sniffing K-9 also indicated to troopers that there may be drugs inside the vehicle.

During a search, troopers found 110 pounds of cocaine wrapped in 50 individual packages. The cocaine is worth an estimated $1.75 million. Andrea Celaya, 27, was taken into custody and is being held at the Franklin County Jail.
