Deputies arrested a woman Wednesday who allegedly shot and killed her boyfriend with a pellet gun in Graham .deputies responded to the shooting at 6:35 p.m. at a home off 252nd Street East and 52nd Avenue East. Deputies arrived and found a 51-year-old man dead outside, according to the PCSD .
Deputies were told the 49-year-old girlfriend of the victim had shot him with a pellet gun, the PCSD said. She was arrested and booked into Pierce County jail for second-degree murder, the PCSD added.According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission"Many people do not realize that BB guns, especially high-velocity guns, can cause death," the CPSC wrote online. "Therefore the CPSC warns that children under 16 years of age should not use high-velocity BB or pellet guns.
