. Postponed weddings, as-planned weddings, nature weddings, city weddings, and even my own wedding, which closed out the celebratory season with a bang. These stuffed dates in particular are cute and fancy-feeling but take all of 10 minutes to put together. The filling is a mix of creamyand finely chopped Calabrian salami, which provides a savory, porky note with a bit of heat as well. Buying the thinly sliced stuff means you only have to run your knife through the rounds a few times to get very tiny pieces, which disappear into the cheese and flavor every bite.
