“The festival plays off of our strong suit, which is the diversity in the state,” says Robin Wilson-Glover, the editor in charge of Mosaic. “That’s what makes Mosaic a perfect sponsor for the event — we focus on diversity in the same way that this festival does.”runs June 10 through June 30, divided into three consecutive weeks at performance venues throughout Asbury Park, Atlantic City and Newark.
“We’ll be previewing many of the events like Gabriel Iglesias, Samara Joy, Avery Sunshine and Jarod Clemons, Clarence Clemons’ son,” says Wilson-Glover, who can be found at. “They also have a large number of events focused on the LGBTQ community. We will be writing not just about the diversity, but the different types of diversity, including the LGBTQ acts in each of these cities.”
Wilson-Glover, who started at the Ledger as a news editor more than 25 years ago, leads a small team of reporters and editors as well as a stable of freelancers to offer a daily mix of news, food & culture, social justice, sports and commentary.
