An Auburn graduate who comes most recently from serving as the city of Andalusia Horticulturist is the newest member of the Coffee County Extension System Service team.
Emily Wismer is now on board as the new Home Grounds Reginal Extension Agent, CCES Coordinator Gavin Mauldin said this week. Wismer will serve Coffee, Covington, Crenshaw, Geneva, and Pike counties, Mauldin said. “She will also coordinate the Coffee and Pike County Master Gardener Associations.”“Emily is excited to begin her new career with Alabama Extension and is looking forward to helping homeowners with their lawns, gardens, flower beds, and any other horticultural questions they may have,” Maudlin said.
