The developers of what’s now known as Silverwood — Arizona-based builder DMB Development and investors Schlegel Capital and The Beaumont Group — are betting that folks will want to live at 3,000 feet in the foothills of the eastern side of the San Bernardino Mountains. But the big lure will be pricing. Silverwood is expecting to start sales of the first 499 homes in 2024, with expected prices from the $300,000s to the $500,000s on lots from snug 2,400 square feet to generous 7,500-plus.
