Her divorce petition claims the"parties have been separated since" Thursday. Even though Kellie Chauvn"is currently unemployed," she is"self-supporting and"is not in need of spousal maintenance, and waives her right to receive temporary or permanent spousal maintenance," the divorce papers said.

There’s post going around that explains why they’re divorcing so quickly. Not sure if it’s true though but I did a little research and it seems to hold up. This is really out of my field of knowledge though so if any journalist or lawyer could verify this, that would be great.
