Widow of Euless police detective files lawsuit against drunk driver, bartender, Fuzzy's Taco

Surveillance video from a Lake Worth Fuzzy's Tacos shows an intoxicated Dylan Molina. Shortly after, he hits and kills Euless police detective Alex Cervantes. The bartender is also facing charges.Lake Worth police say that Richardson's TABC server's license was expired at the time she served Molina. The manager was also unlicensed at the time.

In the lawsuit, Cervantes' legal team calls Fuzzy's Alcohol Server Policy "inadequate, defective and negligent." The suit also said General Motors failed Detective Cervantes because he was wearing a seatbelt, but the crash still caused his death.The lawsuit is seeking over a million dollars in damages for medical expenses and physical and emotional pain.

Cervantes widow is also suing anybody who reads this article.

Not to sound rude, but I cannot understand people. How does wearing a seat belt guarantee you’re safe from others? Does she think this is Mario world?

I was supportive of her until I read lawsuit against GM. I mean, really.

Why GM? Lol dealerships would go outta business if we could sue them for ppl driving drunk in the car they bought . GM isn't liable for anything unless it's a faulty car. Def not a faulty driver.
