“People that love pickles and love beer, the two together, they make sense,” WIll Sims, who co-founded Wickles Pickles with his brother, Trey, and their friend Andy Anderson, tells. “It’s a great beer. It’s light and crispy and not overpowering. It’s very approachable and very drinkable. “That was one of our goals going into this was to create something that was easy to drink and fun to drink and something that you would want to drink more than one of,” Sims adds. “It’s definitely a pickle beer, but it’s not like it’s over the top.”
Hi-Wire Brewing’s Wickles Pickle Beer, which has a 5% alcohol by volume level, is a sour ale brewed with all the usual pickle-making ingredients, including cucumbers, dill, coriander, Himalayan salt and black pepper.
It’s delicious
