5 reasons why people might lose hope in obtaining happiness—and what to do about them, writes GroverSean

, full of youthful enthusiasm. Over time, challenged by obstacles and hardships, your commitment to those dreams is tested. But you’re still young, so you push on and persevere., love life, or friendships. You feel unsupported and alone. “Why is this happening?” you wonder, “I’m a good person. I didn’t do anything to deserve this.”

But no matter. The longer you stay in a place of hopelessness, the harder it is to believe that you’ll ever be happy again. You may justify your unhappiness by proclaiming your powerlessness. You even start to question the concept of"Happiness is an illusion sold by the media to make money," you decide. “Happy relationships? Happy families? Happy friendships? Bah! That’s not real life.

Needless to say, she was displeased. She met all five of the criteria for abandoning happiness. But I could sense she was holding tight to a childlike wish to be saved. As if someone would swoop down and save her from herself by blessing her with happiness.

GroverSean Because there is no trust in their inspiring stories. Actually, it's happened because people always try to steal experience., so their memories always tell him that you are a thief.,

GroverSean 9/ Happiness can be restored... Happiness is the LACK of negative emotions.... Charge meant 'negative emotions' when I was studying in the 70s.... so... 'Happiness Is No Charge'... became the name of my work....check it out.

GroverSean 8/ Now a person can process their emotions ON THE FLY... basically anytime, anywhere. This technique does not require a therapist. Best Wishes from an emotional researcher with PTSD whose 'hopelessness' had him standing at the ABYSS. Technique stopped that. Turned around.....

GroverSean 7/ Podcast 0010 is about emotions of 'Less-ness', like 'Hopeless' and feeling 'Worthless', and how the technique can help stop them. Technique has worked on ALL of these emotions and many more...

GroverSean 6/ Stop the emotional charge. Stop the emotion. Stop the reaction. Stop the effects. Stops the DEPRESSION. German lady had 15 years of depression, got technique, had good results within DAYS, felt better, over time depression lifted.

GroverSean 5/ If anyone is interested in the technique or my research, I invite you to learn more about it on my blog: My Ebook of my 10 years of research teaches the technique: As does my paperback-

GroverSean 4/ These are some things the technique works on: suicidal thoughts, flashbacks, panic attacks, Aggravation, Anger, Hate, Hostility, sadness, grief, guilt, worthlessness, hopelessness, Fears Stress, Intimidation, Shyness, Worry, Horror, Terror, Panic and MORE

GroverSean 3/ NOW Happiness can be restored, it is not lost and gone. Discouragement can be DISPELLED. You process depression emotions, they alleviate and it can lift. I have not had a MAJOR Depression episode for nearly 2 years, and that goes for suicide episodes too....

GroverSean 2/ When hopelessness is processed with the technique IT DISCHARGES, and DISAPPEARS... VANISHES... and then the suppressed HOPE rises back up to the surface, it happened EVERY TIME...and eventually enough CHARGE was dissipated that it DID NOT RETURN. Depression LIFTED on that...

GroverSean 1/ And those five are Emotional Charges or cause emotional charge to build up, and in depression create an emotional ILLUSION. When I was ill for 5 years the hopelessness was pervasive. Then I got PTSD, and it got worse. I stopped my hopelessness with the technique I discovered

GroverSean Amen. 'All it takes is one good person to restore hope' (LaudatoSi 71), and with your labours, that restoration is taking place.
