I don’t know!

big_time_legand Hi

49 years of failing to manage bush land and forests. Expansion into wildlife habitats of Suburbs. For god sake native bushmen used to do this well before Botany Bay. This is the same thing that happened in the US West Coast. And yes, Amerindians understood basic fire management.

Because voting in right wing extremists and then relying on there corporate jesus sales pitch has never ended well.

They should not have killed those 10K camels. Animals are not responsible for humans mistakes. SaveTheCamels

Because we have a climate denialist government. Simple.

Australia's carbon emissions per person are among the largest in the world PM is telling us Oz's emission is only 1.2% of global but we r exporting 60mils tons of d black shit It has a global impact

Because they didn't expect people to DELIBERATELY set the fucking ground ablaze?

Wildfire Jihad: Muslims in Australia Among Nearly 200 Arsonists Who Set Fires

Prepare better for a once in a lifetime catastrophe? Good luck.

A WTF moment for the Posh Boys & Girls!

This is an understatement.

I was watching the new year firework and thinking if they can spend that effort on the bushfire

Guess who's not getting voted next election.

No doubt about that! Still... What about arsonists, GretaThunberg? What about pole shift, JoaquinPheonix?

Dear Australians, remember this government when you go to vote. this is the only tool that people have to change things

There's no way they could have imagined something like this would happen in they're mist

Are you so stupid to think that fires that have spread through Alaska, the Soviet Union and now Australia are not part of the plan for more land cleared: get rid of all that Wildlife crap that humans at the top of the food chain don't believe they need?

Ask Israel, they can work on tht..

They should've saved the wild animals 1st and then start subjugate the fire. Cause it's difficult to do both rescuing animals and controlling fire at once. Instead the PM flew for a vacation, Decided to kill 10,000 camels who're searching for water. Just my thoughts though

Maybe not have arsonists?

Build salt water desalinators with pipes to cover large areas and cut fire breaks

Don’t thump cig out the window of moving vehicle

These bushfire are fierce due to the heavy ground fuel that was allowed to build up and is not the Federal governments fault. It is state governments and local councils. Then there was an unusual high number of arsonists. The federal government acted when asked by the states.

Don't ask US administration. They told California to rake the forests....

Apart from Victoria, states/territories all cut their funding to fire services. Also, fossil fuels addiction.

Because they're shit. Governance by Murdoch = far right circle jerk.

Recognise climate change. Stop burning coal. Plant trees. Next!

With better immigration laws Australia! (humanitarianism works better! at the end)

25 million people are hogging that huge piece of real estate. Obviously not large enough to populate this continent. Ridiculous. Migration has always been a factor in human history. Can’t be stopped now.

Australians shd try to find out how bushfires at such an extraordinary scale happened at the first place🤔 Of course, Liberals wd want to dump it on ClimateChange Experts wd confirm there was nothing like this ever before in documented history of bushfireaustralia

Fire safety expert realDonaldTrump needs to weigh in on this. He saved Notre Dame and the California redwoods.

I do have an earnest question. What role has the super-prevalence of eucalypts played in the massive spread of the fires? It’s a part of their survival strategy, it seems.

Blame on all sides- the federal and state liberal government (NSW) has cut funding to the RFS in recent years. On the other hand, the greens oppose back-burning and forest clearing, which is essential in establishing containment lines in fire-prone areas.

Take help from ocean ,set new notion

This is how most bushfires in Australia start, and how we know

BrendoSYD

it is about cost cutting Cut cost from fire fighting for hosp beds or schools The Fed gov is ignoring there is a climate at all They have been busy bullshiting us
