Why is the DFW real estate market so tight?

The housing market has stalled a bit around the country lately, thanks to higher mortgage rates and other factors. And as we head into the spring season, a lot of people are looking at the possibility of moving to a new home, and they're looking to sell their old houses. Those houses are staying on the market longer than they used to in the last couple of years. Last month, the average home stayed on the market for 10 weeks.A new report from Texas Realtors.

I'd bet money on it. I'd call an article touting weight-loss effects alone 'immoral' but honestly that's an understatement. Relegating the state of rationing drugs for patients with Type 2 diabetes to 'one line in the final question' is the real kicker. For reference: It sure changed mine, because I have Type 2 Diabetes and I couldn't get my meds for three months because non-diabetics were rushing to their doctors for scripts.
