In fact, 90% of people injured in Harrisburg non-fatal shootings don’t cooperate with police, according to police Lt. Kyle Gautsch. That’s because they don’t want to be labeled a “snitch,” and are worried about the ostracism and retaliation they could face while living in a city as small as Harrisburg.
