This year, Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, arrived in a pastel blue lace dress by Elie Saab with a matching floral hat by Philip Treacy. Princess Beatrice, also in pastel blue, wore a lace dress by Maje with a matching hat accented with a colorful tassel. The queen also opted for the shade with a matching floral hat.

Lawmakers weigh slavery reparations: ‘Why not, and why not now?’Actor and activist Danny Glover and writer Ta-Nehisi Coates are among the witnesses expected to testify at a hearing Wednesday of a House Judiciary subcommittee. Reparations for the 12.3% would effectively really PISS OFF the rest of the 75% of this nation! Gave you an inch and you've taken miles.
