China and Russia are moving into a political alliance as increasing Western pressure brings them closer.
While the US-Western Europe relationship produced NATO, the world’s most powerful alliance and probably one of the most enduring military pacts of all time, Moscow and Beijing have long been suspicious of each other. “It’s interesting to see some of the things they are talking about.
