Green... is the color of Healing... like Red is the color of Energy...

Nature itself brings good therapeutic relief to psychological distress.

I cant sleep ..I feel like I'm be tortured...

It's nature :)

I’ve decided to finally give up gardening after more than a decade I stink at it, and it’s not suited to my personality. Perhaps I can just visit the gardens of others?

Because there's no soul crushing meeting, arsehole boss, banal email, or dumb ass repetitive tasks to do there amongst a list of other things, of course...

Dear psychology today, I set aside time to read your interesting articles. I learn so much with diverse subjects. On a lighter note, tell someone in your team to write article on.. 'How to read articles, psychologically' 🤔😂🤣 Good day folks!

gout attack left me hopeless and depressed. I have found healing since i started my backyard garden.

These days it takes more than beauty, and relaxation... it takes a technique, it has made all the difference in the world to be able to stop all negative emotions... when there is no garden to be had....

If anyone is interested in the technique, I invite you to learn more about it on my blog: My Ebook of my 10 years of research also teaches the technique: As does my paperback-

These are some emotions the technique works on... suicidal thoughts, flashbacks, panic attacks, Aggravation, Anger, Hate, Hostility, sadness, grief, guilt, worthlessness, hopelessness, Fears Stress, Intimidation, Shyness, Worry, Horror, Terror, Panic and MORE.

It started to turn my condition around as I targeted the shock, pressure, trauma, and stresses I had been under. It stops episodes of even severe depression and suicidality... no kidding.

and that upset stopped in a short time. SO... if you find that it is only temporary.... you might be looking for a better solution... I am an Emotional Researcher who has Anxiety, PTSD, and Depression from illness, and lack of thyroid. I discovered this technique in 2009...

While I find it 'comforting', I did not find it healing for my PTSD, or illness, or ongoing emotional problems. I went out one day, a bit up set, down to the ponds, and it was a very nice day, and time, but I came back still upset... however...I did my emotional technique...

Green... is the COLOR of Healing....
