The evidence ? . 125,000 people surveyed and 141 people got liver cancer. Around 30 of those 141 had hepatitis (they didn't ask 35 of them). So perhaps 110 out of 125,000 people didn't eat whole grains enough!? Nobody I know eats whole grains enough.
