Pollster ZogbyStrategies gave President JoeBiden a 'C' highlighting the positives of the week. Conservative analyst JedBabbin graded an 'F' for Biden’s wider opening of the U.S.-Mexico border, misstatements on the war in Ukraine, and other things.

Also, as he spends his 32nd weekend in Delaware, the president is mulling who to name as press secretary after Jen Psaki leaves for MSNBC this spring.

First, the good news for Biden. The unemployment rate is down to 3.6%, a 50-year low, as 428,000 new jobs were created in several key sectors. Wages were up 5.6%, also a healthy number. At the same time, there was good news on the pandemic front as the number of hospitalizations went down dramatically. The president announced this week that he would release 1 million barrels of oil a day from U.S. reserves to provide some limited relief to consumers in time for April and May.

Possible good news for Biden comes from some trouble in GOP-land, where primaries are becoming nastier in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Missouri as candidates start to channel their inner Will Smith. And then, there is the sad “orgy” saga of the young Rep. Madison Cawthorn. And the president's approval rating is stuck at around 40%.We interrupt our reporting of Vice President Kamala Harris's incomprehensible speeches to bring you a special report of Biden’s verbal incontinence .

The international corruption involving Biden’s son, Hunter, is becoming clearer almost daily. It’s entirely possible that “The Big Guy” will also become a target of the FBI’s investigation.
