WASHINGTON—White House counsel Pat Cipollone on Wednesday rebuffed the House Judiciary Committee’s request for documents from dozens of current and former administration officials, accusing congressional Democrats of seeking a “do-over” of the Mueller investigation.
In a letter to Rep. Jerrold Nadler , the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Mr. Cipollone called for the committee to narrow the “sweeping scope” of the requests it sent to more than 80 agencies and associates of President Trump in March, which...
He can say whatever he wants. TrumpIsAFelon and justice will be served.
Congress has the Constitutional duty/RIGHT to examine the evidence in the Mueller Report and come to THEIR decision on whether there was Obstruct. of Justice by the WH (and if Impeachment is required). If this administration is allowed to block this duty, this Republic is doomed.
Love this guy
IFixedIt White House counsel Pat Cipollone accused congressional Democrats of seeking a “do-over” of the Mueller investigation, then obstructed justice
Is this the same legal team that had a judge chastise them yesterday for them saying they felt Watergate never should of happened? November 2020 cant get here soon enough to end this tyrany
What have you got to hide. Hmmm
NUSA_WHCounsel realDonaldTrump senatemajldr All you've done is ensured future turmoil in govt. The logic you apply today is case study for future situations. Shame on you all, including Democrats. You're all demeaning the Constitution.
The Mueller investigation was a DOJ inquiry. Had nothing to do with the House. 2 separate deals but a go try. Trump's poorly educated wont question it though
No do over no one has even seen the full report or underlying facts that made the report when that happens then spin all you wAnt cipollone should only be reoresenting folks in traffic court
As opposed to checks and balances in the constitution? Bad strategy - to be remembered when Democrats take the administrative branch.
Stand your ground the report has been issued
COLLUSION
Hey bunch of clowns, how can you say do-over when we have not even seen the report? Where is the Mueller report? Did the oversight branch, elected by the American people, see the report? Have your puppet Barr TheJusticeDept release the unredacted report. realDonaldTrump GOP 🍊
Doesn't act like an innocent person. Just what does DerangedDonald have over these fools? The threat of job loss or stick to DerangedDonald. Sad!
Those crybabies just can’t give it up even after the Mueller Angry Democrats failed to find criminality. They’ve been lying too long to stop now. Sensible people say enough is enough!
Nope. Mueller made it quite clear that he found 10 instances of Obstruction of Justice but was prohibited from indicting Trump because of DoJ policy. He did a massive research project, and intended Congress to take it from there. Nice try, Trumpsters. We are far from done.
So a special counsel can investigate, but can't indict. And Congress can impeach, but can't investigate. King Donald 1.
A do over? The American people are just getting started with these traitors.
Mueller did not finish, he never reached a any conclusions.
Too bad. You will just have to suffer.
Mueller just tried to bribe me
