'It’s very important that you eliminate the obstacles to prosecuting bad cops.' Get guns out of the hands of thugs. Stop the purchase at gun shows, do background checks, buy back guns for food stamps. Guns are the ruination of good policing, as the thugs have better guns than cops. The lives of cops are on the line for 8 hours a day! That’s the problem. Choke holds are illegal in most city’s and states except you guessed it blue states. Do they truly either hate America or they are bumbling fools? Which is it? Blah blah blah, it's not like they don't already know these holds are dangerous. Most PDs already have this rule--that's not stopping them from choking people to death anyway, so what else?
