All winter weather advisories and winter storm warnings for central Ohio were allowed to expire the National Weather Service tweeted at 7:15 a.m. Monday after a winter storm passed through Greater Columbus.
The front brought several inches of snow on top of freezing rain and sleet to central Ohio, which made roads slippery and travel difficult overnight into the morning.Light snow showers/flurries will linger intermittently throughout the daytime in Greater Columbus today, with only very light additional accumulations possible, according to the National Weather Service.
