When to cut off a customer? New CA law requires alcohol servers undergo training to recognize intoxication and stop providing drinks

The third time could be the charm in the fight to keep California's bars, clubs, and restaurants open later. A new bill would allow pilot cities the ability to extend nightlife to 4 a.m.

"It is anyone who checks identifications, who takes alcoholic beverage orders, who pours alcoholic beverages such as bartenders and anyone who delivers alcoholic beverages," said John Carr of the ABC.The goal of the new certificate is to cut down on DUIs. The certification requirement applies to employees where customers are able to order and drink alcohol on the spot including bars, restaurants, distilleries, breweries, brew pubs and wineries.

Adults should be responsible for their own drinking! Do not make someone else responsible

Yo no tomo, pero aquí entiendo que esta medida ya cae en el comunismo.

Vegas requires ALL employees regardless of Job- to take the Techniques In Alcohol Management training- I was shocked to learn people who drink alcohol w/ juice or soda- get drunker than those who drink just beer or straight up- the sugar rushes it through your system quicker.

University of Texas selects new director — and new name — for its conservative instituteThe University of Texas at Austin selected Justin Dyer to run The Civitas Institute, formerly referred to as the Liberty Institute. The center raised concerns among faculty after The Texas Tribune reported UT-Austin worked with conservative donors and Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick to bring the institute to the flagship UT campus. Eewww Nice name change, I’m sure this isn’t the last name change. Countdown until it changes from the Civitas Institute to the George Wallace Institute. “American Values” doesn’t mean much anymore since the only people who use that language tend to be evangelicals, fundies, & the far right. It’s sort of like the word “patriot”. It’s been perverted.

Excellent Ferrari 412P Maranello Concessionaires paint scheme there I personally don't think that colour scheme does it any favours.
