Still, it’s not unusual to find older models that are still exceptionally comfortable. I personally think my two previous BMWs were probably the most comfortable I’ve ever owned. The first, a 1989 750iL was a glorious V12 masterpiece with self-leveling rear shocks and a highly compliant ride.
More recently, I had an E60 535i with the Sport package. It was a little less soft but featured excellent sport seats with adjustable side bolsters. It fit me like a glove and was so comfortable that long road trips never left me feeling sore or tired due to the seating. TheHaving driven a great many cars in my life I’m willing to bet that we’re going to have a number of votes for used Lexus and Toyota models.
