Naturally, this comes with the sacrifice of the time that could have been spent with friends and family—the time you take a stroll with your partner, the time you have weekend getaways with kids, and the time you catch up with friends.scenario for performance incentives: all the extra time spent with work colleagues actually makes time with them more enjoyable. Possibly, getting drinks or playing sports with our coworkers would turn them into our new BFFs.
