dinsidious dinsidious I do almost this same workout in the Airforce. 😭 100 push ups 100 sit ups 2 mile run and 100 squats and Im already dead at this point. This man's workout regime is insane esp with that 20 lb vest

One of my fave workouts. The pull-ups are AWFUL! Also, I don’t have a 20 lbs vest - can only imagine how much worse it gets.
