If someone asks whether you’re vaccinated and you don’t want to tell them, you don’t have to. But their asking does not violate your rights under HIPAA. And in response, that person can choose not to employ you or let you come in and grab a drink. Americans enjoy many rights, but entry to happy hour is not one of them.

Not sure how I feel about this. Many occupations require proof of certain vaccinations. I’ve definitely been there. I just wish folks would get the vaccine. Spent a few days with my Dad in the ICU recently. Not COVID-19 related, but the sadness is overwhelming. Lost him.

Good. Hope more businesses take very aggressive measures to make certain their employees are vaccinated and if not, they are not put in a position to cause more issues with the spread of covid
