Maybe a black hole eventually eats up the whole of the Universe, then when it dies, whatever comes from that creates a new Universe? But what came first, the chicken or the egg?
I would guess a compression of matter to a size more dense than anything we have measured in order to gather enough that it can no longer gather more the expelled with an a force with energy that would make a nuclear bomb look like a fizzle to let the matter form new solar system
