Create new user is broken, so the article is inaccessible. I imagine it says have the delivery left on the porch. Open the door to get it later.

Oh c'mon...

drboycewatkins1 Some dude from Doordash dipped his balls in someone's salsa dip because they tipped him like 0.86 cents. Be careful who handles your food

I’m disappointed that through this health crisis you have to pay for a subscription to read the story. Now is not the time. Please consider sharing the news to all

Unfortunately, until this is over , I will trust only the food I cook. Too many variables otherwise..

Yeah right..that's wrong..let the delivery person die..first.. yikes..Those products go through workers on every level..from transport to store shelves. And from the manufacturer.

There are none it's a win win

Based on...?

When your broke how do you pay? Gid how stupid

Chlorox wipe and wash the food containers, or carefully remove them and throw them out, especially anything that goes in the fridge or freezer

OuidadeMelhaf Well, went to two stores for groceries today, first one Trader Joe’s had to stay in line to get in, certain count inside the store then whole food had to stay 6 feet away from the person at the register... 😜

Wash or chlorox wipe the food containers, or throw them out, especially stuff going on the fridge or freezer

Um, no we don’t:

What I understand from your article is going or delivering both of them unsafe!

This is rapidly becoming a couch potato’s Utopia.

Been using this while I can and leaving my food supplies untouched for now. It's a bit expensive, but it helps keep businesses running and people employed and helps my supplies last longer.

In America, perhaps?

Wth man? Sooner or later you gotta have the courage to accept the facts of life instead of blaming your troubles like the weather on somebody else.

Corona virus has me tripping like...

Of course it's 'safer'. Unless the delivery person is coughing on your food.

Unless you live in a rural area. We can't get a pizza delivered, much less groceries. And couldn't afford it anyway.

I continue to hope (frankly, w/little actual hope) that you will take the paywall down for articles pertaining to this life-threatening (and, face it, business-threatening) crisis. Shame on you,

Unless the cook or somebody got the rona

Really? You put this behind a paywall? You can do better

Who can afford the $10 delivery charge

Great article, what do lawyers think?

Come on! If everybody gets takeout we will be the fattest motherf-ers on the planet

That is a great promotion for local restaurants....encourage consumers to order take-out at their neighborhood. Its good for local businesses....employees people and its safer for them! This should be SHOUTED out loud via media and social media.

You ordering people order food now?

Maybe that is why Grubhub stock has been up lately?

Depends on what the shopper chooses for you

Would so love that if I could afford to do that. Can barely afford grocery store prices.

Instacart, you medieval Philistines.

agreed. And the majority of ppl cant't afford to do that- every meal, indefinitely. good. times.

this is not true as some food delivery is done with more than one man can carry from the store to the door

Food people should be masked and aren’t due to shortages of masks. So I’d take that into consideration when you order out.
