COLUMBUS, Ohio —The Columbus Police Department is putting a greater emphasis on reducing crime at the Wedgewood Apartment Complex on the city's west side.
It seemed like every time you turned on the news you would see some thing violent or some major crime going on here," Columbus Police Sgt. Errich Taylor said. "We have reduced the crime substantially with this project."Phase TwoCPD's report compared crime percentage variations during its operation periods, to the preceding three months in the Wedgwood area.
