I think it would be wise to use group lockout hasps or boxes for wild animal enclosures. That way, each worker would be responsible for ensuring the animals are locked out + could ensure that they remain so until they exit. A tragic loss of human + animal life.
This lion was born in captivity so 'letting him go' was not an option and without the conservatory and people like her its mother would have died a horrid death on the Serengeti of a poachers wound 20 yrs ago.
