It likely means that you are following CDC and WHO guidelines to protect yourself from COVID-19, a true and rational threat to our population.
To add more complexity to the condition, people who have suffered trauma/PTSD can also show OCD like severe symptoms. Horrific and disabling disorder.

Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder is a diagnosis separate to Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Could it be that people are essentially intimating that we all may have some subclinical traits of the personality disorder?
