How can Dr Fauci even know what 'they' were told to do? He can only speak of what he was told to do. He cannot have knowledge of what others were told. Why would he make an assertion like 'none of us' were told even if qualified by 'to my knowledge.'

Trump is pretty inarticulate but his reasoning is simple: “I wouldn't do that, but I will say this: We do so much more than other countries it makes us, in a way, look bad but actually we're doing the right thing.'
Would Trump's request be to Dr. Fauchi, or would someone else be instructed to slow testing down. The sentence that came out of Dr. Fauci's mouth was that HE was not instructed to slow down testing. Effective question: Do you know of anyone being told to slow down testing?
Trump has ordered increased testing, not decreased testing. Why is it that, in the Government sector, you don’t seem to have to know or care about anything your boss is trying to achieve. Amazing. Defund Fauci. Defund CDC. Defund the government. Useless bunch of gitts.
Just because DR. Fauci, who has openly contradicted and corrected Trump, wasn’t told, that doesn’t mean that Trump’s sycophants weren’t told to slow down testing. This is not a mutually exclusive condition-Fauci could not have been told, while Trump’s anti-science clowns were.
