The Matrix movie being released on HBO Max didn’t hurt the movie. The fact that it was a poorly written, terribly executed, obvious cash grab is what hurt the movie.

We haven't been to the movies since COVID began and we wouldn't have gone to this one either. Showing it on HBOMax had no impact moneywise from my family.

Village Roadshow Sues Warner Bros. Over ‘Matrix Resurrections’ Release on HBO MaxVillage Roadshow sued Warner Bros. on Monday, alleging that the studio sabotaged the theatrical release of “The Matrix Resurrections” in order to drive subscribers to HBO Max. The suit … Or maybe it just sucked 🤷🏻 Okay, I can sort of understand this. However, I am a fan of Reeves and the Matrix. I have to be honest, this film was lacking a great deal. It needed a lot of work. Not to be mean I just feel some honest feedback is needed. The only people this seems to have an effect on is the snyder cult
