A guidebook published by the Japanese government provides oddly specific 'daily rules' to help foreigners fit into Japanese culture.

The guidebook, published by Japan 's Immigration Services Agency, provides advice on immigration, medical care and housing. But the chapter on "According to the guidelines, " Japan ese people tend to think that loud sounds and voices bother others."
