The company announced it would expand its EV fast-charging network to Walmart and Sam's Club locations across the country, adding to the nearly 1,300 EV stations currently in operation at 280 of the company's locations. Walmart did not provide more detail on the investments. The big-box retailer said it's in the process of identifying suppliers. It plans to own and operate the EV charging stations in its national network. The company expects an average of four chargers to be installed at each participating store,
really smart move. 10-20 minutes is the perfect amount of time to shop.
Problem is can they make full charging as fast as you oumpmgas full tank?

Hopefully they will add equivalent solar panels and battery storage to alleviate the increased need on the grid (and coal and natural gas powering it)
Weird because 2 Walmarts in Austin used to have fast chargers from EVgo but they were both taken away last year.
