Her lawyers argued in court papers that she was living in seclusion to protect herself and her family members from “unrelenting and intrusive media coverage.”

Pretty sure she has a 'get out of jail' card tucked away somewhere, I'm surprised she's chosen to not use it yet. What she knows, the dirt about so many, should earn her a pass with the right prosecutor. Powerful people are not letting this prosecutor deal.
