Vice President Mike Pence and second lady Karen Pence were again tested for COVID-19 on Sunday and received negative results, the White House said in a statement on Sunday.
The results are the third negative results the couple has received in the past week since President Donald Trump announced early Friday both he and first lady Melania Trump tested positive for coronavirus. Pence is expected to resume in-person campaigning this week with a stop in Arizona on Thursday, a day after he is set to debate Democratic vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris in Salt Lake City.The White House had disclosed Thursday that Hope Hicks, one of the president's longest-serving aides who traveled with Trump to a Minnesota rally this week, tested positive.Pence is head of the administration's coronavirus task force.
If President Trump is incapacitated or temporarily steps away from his duties as president, Pence would assume those powers. In an extreme circumstance, if the president were to die from the virus, Pence is first in line to succeed him.
They also tested the staff at USA Today and found a major loss of intelligence.

It doesn’t mean crap a negative test. Mike_Pence and his wife need to stay home for 14 days. They’ve been exposed to COVID-19 positive people and the guidelines call for self quarantine after exposure to COVID-19 positive individuals. Do the right thing Mike.

Damn, you tired of taking these tests; I heard they are uncomfortable.
at this point I don't even trust that that is true - too many lies over too much time on too many things. I say treat them like they have it. Can't trust that they will communicate it if they do unless Trump puts a quarter in his back and sends him out to speak.
How about they stop wasting COVID tests and stay quarantined the recommended 2 weeks. They can get tested after the isolation.
The nice thing about testing Pence is that you can push that swab WAY up there and not have to worry about hitting the brain.

Lots of people are floating theories about WHO could've infected the president with COVID? I see a perfectly healthy VP who has the most to gain. Sounds absurd, right? That's how then rest of you look when accusing Democrats of infecting Trump.
Kamala Harris should surround her podium w plexi glass shield masked up & 20 feet away from Pence during VP debate. Pence & his enterouge needs to be masked up & covid free by Wednesday afternoon before debate.
