The carrier will start offering 5G service in parts of Chicago and Minneapolis on April 11, it announced in a statement on Wednesday. The service will be offered for free to Verizon customers for the first three months. After that it will cost them $10 a month more than 4G. Is Verizon lying and you're helping? There aren't *any* phones available with 5G technology inside them. You're all criminals. 5G won't work inside your car or home. mmWave signals are more like BlueTooth than 4G. 600MHz signals don't achieve the same performance as mmWave. Plus, NO ONE needs 1Gbps/1ms latency performance. The smartphone itself is the limiting factor.
