The Uvalde School District had a 21-point plan to keep kids safeDespite the security measures in place, Salvador Ramos was able to get past a security officer, into an elementary school, and into a classroom full of children and their teachers. This article highlights the need for an independent investigation into the events that led up to the massacre. Considering that this was one of the safest schools, the killer should have never had unrestricted access like he had.
