One state senator has proposed a resolution hoping to find the answer as to which day out of the entire year would be best to go trick-or-treating, in case you were ever wondering.

Sen. Kirk Cullimore, R-Sandy, told FOX 13 News he has opened a resolution in the upcoming session of the Utah State Legislature. It would recommend that Halloween be largely observed on the last Friday of October .

Sen. Cullimore said he's heard from his neighbors and even experienced the dilemmas of when children should go out trick-or-treating or when they have school parties. For example, when Halloween falls on a Sunday, there have been community-wide debates about whether children should trick-or-treat on a Saturday instead . When Halloween falls on a weekday, Sen. Cullimore said kids are often tired for school from being out the night before.

The idea could also extend to adults, he said. Offices have Halloween parties where people get into the spirit of the holiday. Sen. Cullimore said there is nothing stopping people from celebrating Halloween whenever they'd like, if his resolution were to pass the upcoming legislative session.

Cool story. Fill the lake.

How about the 31st, or the day before if it interrupts your Holy day. Just turn your porch lights off if not serving candy.

Glad we kept these clowns in office

Leave it alone!!! What a joke to try and change it for the fee!

Q affiliate Dan McCay tried to amend the Juneteenth bill with this silliness last year.

I thought picking a new flag was a waste of legislators time, and tax money. Well I was just proved wrong. Let’s focus on more pressing issues please.

With all the problems we have in Utah, if this is the only thing legislators can think of to do with their time & effort, we have a problem! This is ridiculous!

Leave it the hell alone . We will do Halloween when we want and on the 31st . Government stay the hell out of it , it’s not in your scope .

Pretty simple, the 31st.

Number One in Formula OneToto Wolff, the team principal for Mercedes-AMG Petronas—arguably the most impressive team in F1 racing history—has led his organization to unparalleled success. Mercedes earned the Constructors’ Championship (for best overall team performance) every year from 2014 through 2021, and over that time frame it won nearly 70% of the Grand Prix races it competed in. To understand what made that possible, Harvard Business School’s Anita Elberse spent time with the team in 2021, conducting interviews and watching what went on behind the scenes before, during, and after races. She found that Wolff shapes the culture at Mercedes to a remarkable degree. Elberse’s takeaway? What you say and do as a leader has a surprisingly powerful effect on the organization you run. In this article, drawing on her observations of Wolff’s management style and practices, Elberse presents six lessons that can help any leader cultivate a winning team: (1) Set the highest standards for everyone; (2) put people front and center; (3) analyze mistakes continually—even when winning; (4) foster an open, no-blame culture; (5) trust superstars but maintain authority; and (6) relentlessly battle complacency. Note ...'A winning team' - Set the highest standards for everyone - Put people front and center - Analyze mistakes continually—even when winning - Foster an open, no-blame culture - Trust superstars but maintain authority - Relentlessly battle complacency Terrific article! I would love to see do a case study of bad leadership as demonstrated in F1 this year at ScuderiaFerrari. Reading the 2 studies back-to-back would be fascinating! All due respect; The ScuderiaFerrari is the most successful F1 team over McLarenF1 More so over MercedesAMGF1 in wins & Championships, twice more. Is this the bar to expect from Harvard now?
