"We had been making first downs, second and short — and they only had one timeout left, so I didn't want to help them out. It was kind of a catch 22... had we got them behind the chains — second and long, third and long — then absolutely it was in the back of my mind.
"We had three of our top four corners down, that's no excuse because you have to play with who you have healthy," Whittingham said.
I will say sitting in those stands I was blown away with Mr Stroud. He’s the best QB I’ve seen in person, Second is Mariota , third Alex Smith. I couldn’t belive the throws the kid was making. Straight filthy NFL throws. He’s spectacular & should be the heisman front runner in 22

The QB play in the 1st half of that game was the best I have ever watched in any football game. Hats off to Stroud and Rising for putting on a show. Stroud was simply elite all game.
Cam Rising played head to head with him, scoring TDs. Love Rising. First full season on the field too.
