“This isn’t the only time when those on the right have faced shunning in public,” writes columnist Ingrid_Jacques. “Tolerance is a two-way street. Perhaps it’s progressives who need to take a hard look in the mirror.”

Ingrid_Jacques Jewish deli turns away Nazis because of their beliefs: Who’s the bigot? I going to go with the group that wants to outlaw homosexuality.

Ingrid_Jacques Please don't miscast acceptance of and respect for other people as 'tolerating' them. There is nothing to tolerate when you simply treat other people like people. Why should anyone tolerate beliefs that cause actual harm to real people?

Ingrid_Jacques What a very sick existence you must have. Lying liar lying

Ingrid_Jacques Tolerance is not a two way street when one side wants eradication of f your entire existence and you just want civil rights

Ingrid_Jacques Unfortunately some so called Christian groups are in reality Right Wing Extremists who masquerade as Conservatives but actually are Domestic Terrorists!

Ingrid_Jacques Trash writing, very biased lacking information

Ingrid_Jacques Kill the idea that bigots deserve an equal opinion

Ingrid_Jacques 'Tolerance is a two-way street'? So the Left should be tolerant of people who think some people shouldn't have the same rights as others?

Ingrid_Jacques If the cake baker can deny gay people, a restaurant can deny Christians. For the record, if you operate a business, you should not be able to discriminate based on customers being gay, their race, religious beliefs, etc.

Ingrid_Jacques Simple…Christians should eat ELSEWHERE. 🖕em.

Ingrid_Jacques So the wedding cake people are offended when the same tactics are used? Really? I am sick of journalists both siding and forgetting history. The dif is one group objects to further marginalization of groups and the other is cool unless it’s them. Do better. FFS

Ingrid_Jacques The Christian foundation didn’t need to give this place their business anyway. Glad they didn’t waste their money at this place.

Ingrid_Jacques Tolerance is simply not a two-way street. Not sure what planet Ingrid_Jacques comes from but tolerance is topic/issue specific. Groups of people that spend all their time and energy trying to hurt others deserve no tolerance period.

Ingrid_Jacques Progressive doesn't mean non Christian. Who wrote this article?

Ingrid_Jacques Conservatives are shunned all the time. But eating at restaurants is definitely the main concern.

Ingrid_Jacques It's not because of their religion. I am sure this restaurant serves other Christian groups. It is because this group works at denying the natural, human, and civil rights of other human beings, and that is despicable.

Ingrid_Jacques It's about time someone acknowledged how the tolerant left treats some people. I've said it many times. Disagreeing doesn't mean hate.
