What Trump can, and can't, offer Kim will define success of upcoming US-North Korea summitWashington is going to have to offer Pyongyang more incentives if it wants full details of the state's weapons and missile program, experts say. Great logic. This guy is a genius! This is dumb rationalization. N Korea is not a threat if a peace treaty is signed. The real threat is China. If N Korea is crazy enough to use a nuclear weapon to attack anybody after a peace treaty is signed, they’ll be annihilated. They are not crazy ppl. Once a peace treat is signed, N Korea will develop more like Vietnam. They will not continue to starve their ppl building nukes that they don’t need.

But for liberal South Korean President Moon Jae-in, who is eager to push ahead with ambitious plans for engagement with North Korea, a breakthrough in Vietnam is crucial. Moon served as diplomatic middleman between the U.S. and North Korea following the North's increasingly powerful string of weapons tests and Trump's threats of military action in 2017, KimTongHyung I'd be more cautious than hopeful with these two idiots. KimTongHyung I thought Trump claimed the NK's were already denukuliarizing? Supposedly... Nope try again.
