Its tacos with barbacoa, chicken tinga and mushroom al pastor are now for sale from aMarkus Pineyro stands inside OOMI Digital Kitchen in fall 2022, just before it opened.where chefs make or package food from more than a dozen companies, including Which Wich and Paciugo Gelato. Some of the brands on the online menu were created just for OOMI, like Hot Lips and Savage Rabbit .
Pineyro says his customers have been drawn to delivery and carryout since the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.
