Dallas’ Stream Realty Partners has officially completed the newest additions at a site that saw its first iteration about 60 years ago. It’s only been a few years since Dallas-based commercial real estate developer Stream Realty secured a construction loan for a 12-story office building and five restaurant buildings on four acres in Uptown Dallas., the rebranding of the 1960s-built Quadrangle, in the first quarter of 2022 — before financing a speculative office project became far more arduous.
Stream assembled a Dallas team to assist in putting the office building together with architect Omniplan leading design and Austin Commercial acting as general contractor. Facility Performance Associates performed the LEED consulting.Stream’s Ryan Evanich and Marissa Parkin lead office leasing while Jeremy Zidell of Rue Realty oversees retail leasing. The development team at Stream included Brad Dornak, Jerry Mays, Blake Bell and March.
Another key piece of Stream’s redevelopment of The Quad was the addition of a lawn for tenants and the community alike.March said he saw people from the neighborhood playing soccer on the grounds over the weekend.
