The three races for Ohio Supreme Court are too close to call but one in six voters are undecided, a new USA TODAY/Suffolk University poll shows.

Justices Pat DeWine and Pat Fischer, both Cincinnati Republicans, are facing 1st District Court of Appeals Judge Marilyn Zayas and 10th District Court of Appeals Judge Terri Jamison

Brunner, Jamison and Zayas lead among voters who are women, minorities or younger than 35. Kennedy, Fischer and DeWine lead among men, white voters and those older than 55. Roughly 15% to 17% of likely voters are undecided in the races. Ohio Chamber President Steve Stivers, a former Republican member of Congress, said that businesses back Kennedy, DeWine and Fischer because they will protect against"judicial activism."Ohio Republicans have controlled a majority of seats on the seven-member high court since 1986.
