A large van and boat from the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office arrived midday Wednesday at the Carlton Reserve, a swampy 25,000-acre reserve in Venice, Florida, where Laundrie told his parents he was headed last week.
"Please be aware, the Carlton Reserve is a vast and unforgiving location at times. It is currently deep in water in many areas," police said."This is dangerous work for the search crews as they are wading through gator and snake infested swamps and flooded hiking and biking trails."Authorities also searched the family home on Monday after getting a search warrant for the property. FBI agents removed a number of items from the home and towed away a Ford Mustang convertible.

Wow, In 2019, more than 5,590 Native American women were reported missing. Murder is the third-leading cause of death for them. Talk about an epidemic, yet mainstream media fails to report repeatedly. If they give just 30seconds to each case imagine how many could be solved.

Why so much coverage of this case? There are hundreds of other cases of missing/murdered people. Not that Petito's case isnt important (I see this story on all news outlets) but why is it so special requiring non-stop coverage, and other cases dont get the same?

Even if I saw Laundrie, I'm still not sure I owe it to the FBI to tell them his whereabouts. I still don't trust them or believe they have my (or any honest person's) best interest at heart. They pick and choose what to investigate. Is it an FBI doing the crime? Many times it is.
