Un airado Trump se escuda durante su testimonio en un aviso legal que el juez rechazó

Trump se sentó por fin como testigo tras asistir varios días al proceso, que comenzó el 2 de octubre y en el que se dirimen presuntas ilegalidades relacionadas con el fraude en la empresa, una compensación de 250 millones de dólares y el veto a sus negocios en el estado de Nueva York, como reclama la Fiscalía.

El aviso legal en cuestión 'siempre se respeta en los tribunales, excepto por parte de este juez particular', sostuvo, pero el juez le invitó a leer el fallo sumario en el que lo declaraba responsable de fraude, y en el que opina, con cierta jocosidad, que el propio argumento de Trump sobre esa cláusula es el que no tiene valor.
